very stressed not because of work over load.

Because the ppl in office which is driving u crazy

In fact, they're all psycho ppl to the max, as in always try to speculate what u've say. and to backstab u like nobody business.

therefore, the finance department itself giving u a serious pressure or even with a strong word WARN u not to always communicate with other department otherwise..POLITIC everywhere

well, personally, I still in love with one boss system..not a big organization....
